Our support policy is straightforward forward 1 year of each product and a day count after purchasing the products.
We provide only English Language support. So write in clear English so we can understand easily with proper Screenshots and links of the issue.
From Monday – Friday support time is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+6 also some exceptional support for the PRO version is available till the mid-day of EST time. Saturday and Sunday we provide Limited support.
Support response time 1 business day if we miss please provide us with a reminder.

We provide a Website form, mail of our support system Contact and particular case Skype/ Google Meet direct support.

Single site: For a Single site, we only provide only 1 domain support 1 year from the purchase date.
Up to 5 sites: We will provide a max of 5 domains support for 1 year from the purchase date.
Unlimited site: You will get an unlimited domain site for 1 year from the purchase date.
For a Lifetime License, you will Lifetime support & updates.
