Support Policies

Our support policy is straightforward forward 1 year of each product and a day count after purchasing the products.

Support Language:

We provide only English Language support. So write in clear English so we can understand easily with proper Screenshots and links of the issue.

Support Time:

From Monday – Friday support time is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+6 also some exceptional support for the PRO version is available till the mid-day of EST time. Saturday and Sunday we provide Limited support.

Support response time 1 business day if we miss please provide us with a reminder.

Support Way:

We provide a Website form, mail of our support system Contact and particular case Skype/ Google Meet direct support.

[Note: For support, if needed the site owner has to provide admin and FTP access. We will keep your access 100% secure and safe after support you can remove it.]

Support includes following

1. Issue of setup Angfuzsoft WordPress themes and plugins.
2. Help to configure our product correctly and functionally.
3. Issue of any broken functionality.
4. Issue of products which not function as described in the features list and demo.
5. For Internet Explorer, we provide support above Internet Explorer 11 ( IE 11+).

[N.B.: We do not give any support for our goods, including material that infringes a copyright and encourages violence, racism and sexually explicit content, gambling, alcohol, music, vulgarity, and offensive items.]

Support does not cover

1. Server-related issues if your server does not support the minimum requirements to run the WordPress stable version.
2. If you don’t provide proper access information.
3. Customization of 3^rd party extensions/ plugins is not included in our support.
4. We don’t provide any support for the Internet Explorer version below 11. So support starts from IE 11+.

License agreement for support:

Single site: For a Single site, we only provide only 1 domain support 1 year from the purchase date.

Up to 5 sites: We will provide a max of 5 domains support for 1 year from the purchase date.

Unlimited site: You will get an unlimited domain site for 1 year from the purchase date.

Lifetime License:

For a Lifetime License, you will Lifetime support & updates.
