Responsibility :

1. Web Design & Maintenance:
   • Assist in designing and maintaining websites using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
   • Perform basic updates and ensure websites are fully responsive across all devices.
   • Collaborate with developers to implement design ideas effectively.
2. Content Writing & Management:
   • Write engaging, unique content for our products, website, blogs, and social media platforms.
   • Optimize content for SEO and align it with our branding and tone.
3. HTML & CSS Knowledge:
   • Perform basic edits to website HTML and CSS code to enhance functionality and responsiveness.
   • Test websites for compatibility and suggest improvements.
4. Social Media Management:
   • Regularly update our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Behance, and Dribbble.
   • Create visually appealing posts and monitor audience engagement.
5. Product Promotion & Updates:
   • Update product details and promotional materials on our website and online platforms.
   • Assist in preparing marketing collateral for product launches and campaigns.
6. Technology Enthusiast:
   • Stay updated with industry trends and learn new technologies/tools to enhance your work.
   • Apply new skills to improve web design and content strategies.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS with a focus on responsive design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create unique and engaging content in English.
• Familiarity with managing social media platforms and understanding trends.
• Good understanding of spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• A passion for learning and adopting new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for content writing.
• Previous experience managing Behance or Dribble portfolios.

Educational Requirements:

• This position is open only to UI/UX Designers.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphics or any Bachelor’s degree completed.
• For people who have at least 3 years, Educational qualifications may be compromised.

Working Hours:

• 9 AM – 5 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Working Days:

• Weekly 5 days. (Sunday to Thursday)
• Weekly 2 off days (Friday & Saturday)
